It is the policy of MPX to manage all its activities and operations in a responsible manner that protects the health and safety of its employees, contractors and public and minimises adverse impact on the environment.
In association with RBA, the Company’s EHS Advisor, we are currently developing a UK specific Environment, Health and Safety Management System (EHS Management System) which will comply with international (e.g. ISO14001) and UK (e.g. HS(G)65) standards for health, safety and environmental management, a copy of which can be made available on request.
Overall responsibility and accountability for the EHS Policy lies with the Managing Director of MPX (Oil & Gas) Limited. All employees, consultants and contractors are required to familiarise themselves with legislative and Company requirements applicable to their functions, and with the particular risks and environmental sensitivities of the area or areas in which the Company is conducting its operations.
