MPX Limited, founded in early 2006, is an independent exploration company which specialises in finding hydrocarbons through the re-evaluation of previously drilled wells.
The Company’s objective is to grow a portfolio of exploration prospects and assets by focussing on missed pay – hence the name MPX. Additionally, the focus on hydrocarbon bearing wells enables the whole potential of a property to be evaluated at the same time; within MPX this is called “missed pay and play”.
The founder members of MPX have considerable experience in the oil & gas industry and, together with colleagues, form a multi-disciplinary team with a proven track record in the acquisition of oil and gas properties and the finding of hydrocarbons, either through missed pay or more conventional methods.
MPX Limited is the parent Company of seven subsidiaries, details of which can be found in "The Company" section of this website.
The technical centre of the group is MPX (Oil & Gas) Limited, based in the United Kingdom.
